Exemption statement

payinlink is an adults-only platform, but it is not an explicit-content platform. Nudity and sexually explicit material are prohibited everywhere on payinlink, including in thank-you content items and profile photos, as set out in our Prohibited content policy.

CG APPS Ltd does not produce, and payinlink does not publish or deliver, any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2256(2)(A). The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 therefore do not apply to content on payinlink.

How this is enforced

Every thank-you photo is screened automatically before delivery and is delivered only if it is cleared. Profile photos must be non-explicit and are removed if they breach that rule. Our full process is set out in our Moderation and enforcement policy.

Every creator and every fan must be 18 or over. Creators must complete identity and age verification before their profile can receive tips.
